We all live in a “politically correct climate” and to be fair in our profession we totally understand and perceive the need for this.
Deafness & hearing loss are hidden disabilities and many of our customers and clients suffer discrimination on an almost daily basis. We understand their difficulties; indeed they are the very reason Deaf Umbrella exists.

Our in-house staff development sessions allow staff to have a safe and confidential forum to discuss working scenarios – both positive and negative – and an atmosphere of support and inclusivity.
